Deep dive: Live today

Rental Licenses, to the day.

Each license has one of three statuses: active, expired, or blocked. Nomos tracks the license number, address, renewal window, and any item preventing renewal, then files the renewal on your behalf when it is due.

Three states, no ambiguity

You always know which one you're in.

Active

Active

Filed, paid, and current. Nomos shows the exact renewal date and counts down to it.

Expired

Expired

The window closed. You're renting without a valid license, the moment to fix before it costs you rent.

Blocked

Blocked

Renewal is stuck behind something else, usually an open L&I violation or unpaid tax. Nomos names the blocker.

What it looks like

The license, opened up.

Every license is one row on your attention list. Open it, and Nomos shows the license number, the property it covers, the days to renewal, and any blocker in your way, pulled live from L&I, reconciled against your own records. And when a renewal comes due, Nomos can file it for you.
